Ernest is a Chartered Accountant turned AI Innovator, building custom AI-powered software that automate complex business processes.

Ernest is leading the innovation hub within the SEEDS ecosystem through digital tools, intelligent systems, and a new way of connecting business owners to the right support at the right time.

Returning Contributor & 2026 Event Compere

We’re delighted to have Annette Griffin of Annette Griffin Wealth returning as our event host, guiding the day with warmth and professionalism.

Annette Griffin is the founder of Annette Griffin Wealth, where she helps women aged 50+ build financial confidence, strengthen their pension prospects, and create additional passive income streams.

Passionate about financial empowerment, Annette supports women who have worked hard throughout their lives but feel concerned about their financial future. Through simple, practical mentoring, she helps them recognise the value of their skills and experience and explore ways to turn that knowledge into meaningful income opportunities.

Annette’s mission is to help women break free from the pension poverty trap, showing them that it’s never too late to take control of their finances, reclaim their time, and create a future with greater security and independence.

Her work is rooted in personal experience. Ten years ago, Annette found herself in her 50s, having spent years building other people’s businesses while not prioritising her own financial future. As a single parent approaching retirement age, she realised that nothing would change unless she made a change herself.

Today, through Annette Griffin Wealth, Annette is passionate about helping other women step outside the “normal” path, rethink what’s possible, and start building the financial future they truly deserve.

Tim Freed

Joining Us This Year

We’re excited to welcome Tim Freed for his first appearance at Seeds of Unlimited Success, bringing fresh insight and perspective to this year’s gathering.

Tim Freed has spent the last 16 years as an entrepreneur building businesses, systems and the occasional complicated spreadsheet.

His career started in door-to-door book sales, where he learned the art of persuasion while building a sales organisation of 52 people. He later moved into recruitment, eventually running two teams generating around £7 million in annual revenue.

Since then, Tim has founded Toddle About, a UK franchise network supporting families and small businesses through their magazines, events and online hub, and later co-founded Book That In, a booking and automation platform that helps small businesses automate bookings, payments and customer communication.

With an academic background in Maths and Philosophy, Tim brings an unusual blend of skills to business - part entrepreneur, part sales professional, and part systems geek who enjoys turning messy operations into elegant processes.
