David Brown is an experienced inner leadership coach and former Antarctic research scientist, David is driven by a deep commitment to the stewardship of people and planet, one of the core elements of Sovereign Leadership. His passion for human potential led him to study martial arts for over 35 years, exploring the powerful union of mind and body and how it can be used for exceptional self-leadership, personally and professionally.

David inspires leaders to elevate their self-management and regulation, fine tune life-work balance and communicate with clarity, authentically and from the heart. By integrating sovereign principles, he guides leaders to act decisively while maintaining kindness and compassion toward themselves and others.

Thea Crockett is a coach and facilitator who works from the foundation that we have inherent creative ability and that we are deeply and naturally
supported by life. She works with clients to make simple adjustments in mindset and embodiment to access that support and create magic.

Thea has over thirteen years of experience as a coach working with business leaders, aspiring coaches and social entrepreneurs. In her previous career she was a leader of social enterprises and charities.

Thea is developing a new approach to creating a life of deep, personal satisfaction through the interaction of human imagination, the human body and the infinite potential of creative energy. She calls this approach Embodied Creating.

We’re delighted to welcome Andrew James Crawford of AJC Business Development back to Seeds of Unlimited Success. This year Andrew leads a Masterclass and will facilitate our second leadership panel discussion.

Returning to our programme, Andrew, a Chartered Management Accountant and Business Development Coach will deliver a powerful masterclass focused on the thinking and actions that drive meaningful business growth.

We are delighted to announce Andrew will also be facilitating the afternoon's Leadership Panel, supporting an open and thoughtful conversation around mergers, franchising, licensing agreements, and exit strategies.

With a background in management accounting and business advisory, Andrew helps business owners make sense of complex decisions in a practical, grounded way.

His role on the panel is to guide the discussion, draw out real-world insight, and ensure the conversation remains relevant, accessible, and useful for leaders considering their next steps.

We’re pleased to welcome Eddy Ankrett, Chairman of Lockfit and a highly experienced businessman, bringing valuable leadership insight to this year’s event.

Eddy Ankrett has more than 30 years’ experience helping and advising business in the exciting and rewarding franchise world since starting and building his own franchise in 1992 before selling to a public company. Most recently he started and help build a franchise opportunity along with two other founders for locksmiths which has now become the largest network of local locksmiths in the UK.

With experience on both sides of the board table, as CEO and NED, Eddy has first-hand experience of the challenges a growing business faces and in particular the critical role strategy plays in every aspect of a company's operations. Eddy’s entrepreneurial experience covers start-up through to successful sale, turnaround, integration, divestments and acquisitions.
